The location is great, close to Arrabida Shopping, making it convenient to walk to a shopping center and supermarket nearby.

Nice staff, clean room, free parking in front of the hotel, free, good working WiFi. Next to shopping mall.
I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic trip, it's located in the middle of motorway junction, it's hard to get anywhere on foot from here. For business purposes, or car trips it's ok I guess.

The location was EXCEPTIONAL, close to the bar / restaurant, the taxis and vehicles, and the shopping mall nearby. Bar Barcarola Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
Liked everything.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is situated right across from a nice shopping mall, making it convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and even an in-room safe. The staff here were absolutely amazing, always greeting me with a warm smile and ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The service provided was top-notch and truly enhanced my stay.
I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Mercure hotel and I was pleasnatly surprised at how good it was. I have already booked 3 more nights in this same hotel and will very much consider using Mercure when I am looking at hotels.
The directions to the hotel were not good. I could see the hotel but I cold not drive to it. This was the only problem.

Free parking, spacious room and bathroom, helpfull staff. Relatively close to the Gaia port and the wineries. Next-door neighbour to a nice shopping centre that stays open untill 11pm.
Very few facilities for a 4* hotel. Appart from the spacious room, one would say this was an ibis, instead of a Mercure.
